The Partner Portal is a secure, web-based tool where property owners and managers can access information relating to properties currently under contract with HACA.
As a registered user, you can access Housing Assistance Payment (HAP) details, check HQS inspection results, review rental payment holds and abatements, and view the status of tenant re-examinations and rent change notifications. Partner Portal also contains quick links to various forms, publications, and program announcements.
Partner Portal is available 24/7 and is updated nightly by 8 P.M. to ensure current information is displayed. For additional assistance, see the Partner Portal FAQ link at the top of the screen or contact us at landlord@hacanet.org.
HOW TO REQUEST RENT CHANGES
All requests for rent changes can be submitted online by visiting the web page below. Please complete the web fillable form per client and email additional documentation (if any) as detailed on the page to help expedite your request.

The Emergency Housing Voucher (EHV) program is similar to the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program (formerly known as Section 8).
What makes the EHV Program different?
- The EHV program provides $1000 at lease-up and $1000 at the first lease renewal.
- The EHV program includes a “risk mitigation funds” to help cover damages not covered by the security deposit.
