The Housing Authority of the City of Austin’s Landlord Portal launch date has been delayed. Please continue using your existing portal account.

NEW LANDLORD PORTAL COMING SOON

 

The Housing Authority of the City of Austin is happy to announce that we are upgrading our Landlord Portal for a better user experience! 

 

Your existing portal account will no longer be accessible when the new portal goes live.  The estimated launch date of the new portal is July 22, 2024.

 

We will provide updates each month on this message board and email you with the next steps to sign up for the new landlord portal.  All your historical data will be in the new portal.

Welcome to the Housing Authority of the City of Austin (HACA)Partner Portal!

 

The Partner Portal is a secure, web-based tool where property owners and managers can access information relating to properties currently under contract with HACA. 


As a registered user, you can access Housing Assistance Payment (HAP) details, check HQS inspection results, review rental payment holds 
and abatements, and view the status of tenant re-examinations and rent change notifications. Partner Portal also contains quick links to various forms, publications, and program announcements.


Partner Portal is available 24/7 and is updated nightly by 8 P.M. to ensure current information is displayed. For additional assistance, see the 
Partner Portal FAQ link at the top of the screen or contact us at landlord@hacanet.org.

 

HOW TO REQUEST RENT CHANGES

 

All requests for rent changes can be submitted online by visiting the web page below. Please complete the web fillable form per client and email additional documentation (if any) as detailed on the page to help expedite your request.

    TERMS OF SERVICE

    Use of the HACA Partner Portal requires you to be an existing and current owner/landlord of a property with HACA’s Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program. To obtain access you must create an account, select a password and username, and provide registration information.

    The registration information you provide must be accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do this constitutes a breach of the Terms of Use, which may result in termination of your partner portal account.

    Data available through the HACA Partner Portal includes confidential and private information available to you as a qualified registrant of a property with HACA’s HCV Program. Your password and username must be maintained as confidential. Any personal information on a tenant obtained from the HACA Partner Portal must be maintained as confidential information, with adequate security measures in place to ensure the data is not disclosed to parties other than authorized persons with a valid business interest in the data. You are responsible to inform any agent or other individual whom you authorize to use the HACA Partner Portal on your behalf of the confidentiality requirements regarding access, maintenance and use of the data. You remain responsible for any misuse of the site or data obtained there from by that individual.
